Problems accessing certain games/apps while connected to VM
Since the 22nd of October, we have been having issues accessing epic games (fortnite,fallguys,rocket league) and also the eon app, and a few other websites. We have been back and forth with epic, PlayStation and virgin and noone is accepting fault. We have exhausted all options, tips and tricks. A family member (a certified technician) has run some tests and tryed to resolve our issue with no success. He believes it’s a problem at one of the data centers not an issue with the hub specifically. Please don’t comment with silly stuff like restarting, resetting, domains, child settings, dns, our technician has done every thinkable solution with no avail. We are one of many on this forum/facebook/twitter going through this exact situation. Virgin please sort this out!
