If there is any area fault, VM will not send an engineer. That's always the case. As for WFH, there are no SLA's on residential contracts, so it would be up to the user to provide a backup solution. A 4/5G SIM based router could be used on a 30 day contract for these occasions as a backup.

Hi MT10
Welcome to the community forums.
Sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing service issues.
I've not been able to locate you on the systems on our side. If the service status page is showing an outage/area issue affecting your services then any engineer visits would be cancelled so the team can work on the problem in the area, as they wouldn't be able to resolve this at the property.
Does the service status provide you with a fault number at all, this usually begins with an 'F', with this we'll be able to check for any further updates should you still be experiencing service concerns.
