Power adapter lights and hub 4 not working?

Hi hub 4 just stopped working on Xmas eve. No lights showing at all. On the ac adapter brick (arris  switch mode power supply) the light blinks green when the hub power switch is on, and change to solid green when hub power switch is off. Anyone had the same issue. Don't know if it's issue with the power adapter or with the hub4 itself.

    I find myself going round and round in circles in Virgin media O2. I saw something about starting a discussion but can't find it. There are no lights on my hub 3 and there doesn't seem to be any power from the adapter Liteon pe 1300 9ar5. After changing the fuse several times. They're sending me a replacement hub by Yodel. I can't understand why the adapter or hub could fail and if it is just a fuse inside either that needs replacing? It had that percent red light for a day before. I couldn't remember if that light was there before just meaning it was on or not.
