Your speed test for load latency is interesting looks as if a router is doing BWM at load

We've had intermittent issues in ML5 area as well to the point our internet went down altogether, but changing to Google DNS brought the internet back up so I'm reckoning VM's DNS servers (which have never been the best tbf) are having issues again. On the matter of latency, DNS shouldn't really have an intermittent effect because once a connection is made DNS doesn't usually affect the connection itself but anythings worth a try. Change your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. respectively.
