Pods

Hi, I have a new hub5 to replace my hub 4 but I believe I need my old WiFi pods reprovisioned with the new router. Can someone at virgin do this as I can’t get through in the phone.

    We're happy to help with this, usually the equipment is switched over following a change but sometimes it can need to be done manually.
