Ping Jitter/Spiking, Latency & Packet Loss

Hi,

Past few Months I've been noticing more and more Jitter and Packet loss. I've been monitoring this with Pingplotter and BQM to see patterns. It seems the issues come more in the Evening to Night.

I notice it more as I play competitive game, I'll be teleporting back and forth due to the Ping difference and packet loss. I've also noticed it when watching Movies/Series, the past week has been horrendous with Buffering.

I've tried a 3rd Party router (as the Hub 3 is unable to Reach the 500mbs speeds I require) and that hasn't solved the issue but resolving to Ping Plotter, it would seem that any network difference is coming directly from Virgin and not my Router. (MY TESTS HAVE BEEN WITH THE VIRGIN HUB 3)

I've attached some screenshots of my findings and willing to do anything else to try find the route of this issue, I do believe its a Virgin Network issue though as I've thourghouly tested my own equipment.

    Might be a routing issue but BQM shows mostly fine so that route is fine.
