Permanent red light on Hub 3

Hi,

lm another one with a permanent red light on my hub. Had intermittent problems for at least a year and tried all the resets and powering down etc. Been trying to get through to VM but end up in a loop. Sometimes when I do a check it says there is an issue and to check later’ when I check again it says it it ok.
What do I do next ?
