Pausing devices in the Hub 3

I have a virgin hub 3.

However the pause function using the VM connect app has ceased to function properly (it was working properly a couple months ago).

When you pause any device it will show paused - (however the devices still works ie still connected - I have tried them out) -  refreshing the screen on the app and it shows connected again - confirming that it was never paused!

I have tried rebooting the hub and reinstalling the app to no avail.

Could anyone help - or is there a solution for this?

    The idea is flawed and made worse by VM trying to do it.

    Guess you can try reset the hub.

    Sorry to hear of the device pausing issues in regards to your devices and the Connect App, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

     

    We'd ask you to ensure the device and the Connect App are both up to date, when reinstalling we recommend clearing the cache and data for the Connect App before rebooting the device and reinstalling to ensure any remnants of the app or it's settings are removed.
