Pausing a device
Please can you advise why pausing of ipad via VM Connect doesnt actually pause the device. I had checked it is the correct device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the pause still does not work

Unfortunately blocking of an individual device by its MAC code is not reliable, because many modern devices now have a randomized MAC setting.
Also there are ways of bypassing the block entirely if the device's user is aware of them.
