(Partial Service (DS only)

Hello

When logging into my router settings..i keep getting this...Internet (Partial Service (DS only). My router is a brand new replacement superhub 3..i am connected with ethernet. I had same problem with my old broken superhub 3.

  • Your downstream signal levels are much too low. Report it as a fault, it will need a technician visit to correct it.
