Pairing wifi pod with new hub

I previously had a service with VM in which I had a Hub 3 and one wifi pod to speed up the connection in my home office. I have recently signed up for a new service with VM and received a Hub 5, the speed is generally great but still slow in my office. Is it possible to pair my new hub to the old wifi pod?

    Try speaking to the activation team on 0800 953 9500,
    ask them the re-pair the VM Pod to the replacement Hub 5.
