Packet loss, intermittent connection
Hi,
I've had some particularly awful packet loss and weird issues the past 4 days.
I've reported this over the phone but I can't get anywhere with it. I seem to be stuck in a loop of booking
an engineer, appointment gets cancelled because of area fault, checker says the area is fine, book appointment again, appointment gets cancelled because of area fault etc etc.
I've also tried the automated phoneline that tells you about problems in your area and this one does the same, sometimes it says there is an area fault and other times it says there are no faults.
Are the forum mods able to help please? I understand there is a delay here but I'm not concerned as this has been going on for 4 days already and staff on the phone don't seem to care, so I don't care 😂
I have some stats from TBB if that helps convey the issue (should have set it up way sooner), I can also post some stats from the hub if required. (I have tried running the hub in router mode but it's even worse, completely unusable)
