Outage in S5 area Sheffield

Can an admin please check if there is an outage in the Sheffield 5 area please. Just been on to an inept call centre, and im still no wiser.
My connection has been off since 13:00, i work from home so i need a quick turn round. Status page for my area said intermittent probs in area, now saying ok>

Would appreciate some help. Thanks.

    The automated status line is usually the most reliable source for localised loss-of-service info.

    0800 5610061 - this often lists down to postcode/street-level.
