Order 2nd WiFi pod

I need to order a second WiFi pod as the signal to my home office is only 7mb/s

Unable to order through the VM connect app. 

Could someone from customer service please assist

    If you need additional pods you can order them by logging into /my-virgin-media, as per the info below from https://www.virginmedia.com/wifi-max ?

    How do I get a second or third WiFi Pod?
    If you’re not getting download speeds of at least 30Mbps in every room with one WiFi Pod, you can request a second or third by signing in to My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab

      You have NEVER actually tried to order a second WiFi pod using My Virgin Media, have you?

      If you had ever tried that, you would know that the process seems designed to keep you stuck in a Kafka-esque circular loop of doom and never actually lets you order a second or a third WiFi pod.

      I have tried raising a complaint to Virgin Media - perhaps that gets things moving.
