Need to order 2nd and Third WiFi pods

Hi. 
only recently taken up Virgin broadband as a Volt customer. When the engineer fitted the router it is right on the front wall and when he did his tests he said I had 2 black spots in the house. He recommended 3 pods, one in the centre of the house one upstairs and one at the back of the house. I ordered the first pod and this has helped but signal is slow and drops out so I need to order the other 2 pods please.

    Have you tried doing it after scanning for blackspots in the connect App.

    See if anything in here helps….

    ...or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a few days and they will sort them for you

      Have tried the website but going round in circles! Will give it a couple of days on here then ring if no joy.
