Ongoing issue since March

Hi, we have been experiencing intermittent issues since march 2025, i had been speaking to a VM forum team member but they have stopped responding to my messages and we are still no better off for a resolution.

Anyone have any idea how we get to the resolution of this?

    Sorry to hear about the issue with the intermittent broadband is still ongoing
