Number of CPEs

Just had a Hub 3 replaced with a Hub 5 and the 'Maximum Number of CPEs' in the router's configuration tab is set to 3.

Is this normal for your typical home, non-business user?

    I think there is one for each telephone line, making 3 in total. Mine is set to 3 and I have a telephone through the hub.

      Ah, good point. I have my phone through the hub too.

    We have VM broadband only, Max CPE is 1.  The VM Hub is the 1 VM supplied CPE.

    If your VM kit works, why are you concerned about the max number of CPEs ?
