No response for help with buffering issues

I reported issue nearly 3 weeks ago with no response , is this normal?  I followed up suggesting solutions as well which I find strange. Regretting changing service provider now 😞

I suspect the onus of solving poor wifi within your environment falls to you.  Scan the property and see what the issue is.  Then plan a solution that may involve your own wifi kit.
Or if it’s not just wifi then post the power levels and network log from the Hub for comment.  Also setup a BQM www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

  • Hi 4ndyw thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

We would need more information in order to help further, are you connected via WiFi or ethernet cable, and if it is WiFi only is this limited to one device for example?

Please come back to us and keep us posted so we can assist.
    Many thanks
