No internet/Solid Yellow Light

Hi, 

We had working Internet for 3 weeks after installation, then Friday last week the Internet just stopped working. Solid Yellow are now showing on the 5x Hub.

Multiple calls and multiple technicians have come to view the property and everyone seems to say different things. 

The wires have been checked cleaned check to make sure they are secure, we have checked the service status links that been posted in this group and the phone number and all state their is nothing wrong. The virginmedia app shows everything is working but clearly it isn't.

It's been escalated to the network officer was told we would get a call back which we haven't received, we had two blokes outside checking the lines (wasn't booked appointment) he was unaware our Internet wasn't working, a previous engineer said its something to do with the accounts are aligned and it's not showing as the installed completed so I told this chap and he was like I can sort this out on the app. They was outside for 30 mins and then disappeared no communication and guess what no fix! 

I have seen other posts about yellow light but no resolutions, we have been a week without Internet I don't care too much for the automatic compensation I just want the Internet to be back on working!

      Hi, that's correct but the last engineer came and said he wouldn't fix it because it's a issue with systems and the installation not showing complete but why would it work for 3 weeks then just go off and not been back on since.

      Someone has said about major cabling issues and someone else has gave another reason. As I previously stated no-one knows what the problem is and just escalating for me but I've now been without Internet since Friday 5th of July and it's nothing against the engineer I will bet my bottom dollar he won't be able to fix it tomorrow. 

      Why can't I get anyone to tell me why it dropped out Friday and why no-one can see the problem, everytime I speak to someone or someone comes it's just square one like we are starting all over again! 

      My wife has has to hot-spot her phone data which isn't brilliant for what she needs to do at work and it's drained her data.

      Very frustrated and feel a lack of care about the situation, I have seen on other people's who have had similar problems and no resolutions to it!
