No internet/Solid Yellow Light
Hi,
We had working Internet for 3 weeks after installation, then Friday last week the Internet just stopped working. Solid Yellow are now showing on the 5x Hub.
Multiple calls and multiple technicians have come to view the property and everyone seems to say different things.
The wires have been checked cleaned check to make sure they are secure, we have checked the service status links that been posted in this group and the phone number and all state their is nothing wrong. The virginmedia app shows everything is working but clearly it isn't.
It's been escalated to the network officer was told we would get a call back which we haven't received, we had two blokes outside checking the lines (wasn't booked appointment) he was unaware our Internet wasn't working, a previous engineer said its something to do with the accounts are aligned and it's not showing as the installed completed so I told this chap and he was like I can sort this out on the app. They was outside for 30 mins and then disappeared no communication and guess what no fix!
I have seen other posts about yellow light but no resolutions, we have been a week without Internet I don't care too much for the automatic compensation I just want the Internet to be back on working!
