No Internet
I have no Internet connection in my house since yesterday morning. It says connected without Internet. Have tried everything suggested and still no luck. Help please

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
I have been in touch but to no avail. Thank you will keep trying

See if its a known fault - Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

It be being the VM Hub ? Or It being your laptop / mobile ?
If it is the latter this can be what you see when the Connect app
has been used to Pause Wi-Fi access.
