No Internet Access

We cannot access Internet for over 2 weeks. We call and they said that they would come last week to fix but no one come.

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. Have there been any changes since you last posted or are you still experiencing the issues that you mentioned? Have you checked our service status page to see if there are any issues in your area and any estimated fix times?

      Hi, 

      Thanks for your response. We still have to face with internet connection. 

      Please give me instructions on how to check service status page. We are tenants and we do not know "Last name of account holder".

        Thanks for the update Alice598, here is the service page 👉 Status. should you face further issues we can assist up to 90% without the account holder when It comes to faults.  please let us know should you wish to go into a private message.
