No hub 5 recognised on my phone

When I try to check the status of my hub 5 on my phone, it's says not seeing the hub, but, I have a wifi signal to my phone. Hub has been reset, all cables correct.

    Click on http://192.168.0.1/ to connect to the admin menu of the VM Hub.

    if this link does not work, perhaps you are using a VPN / Apple Private Relay / a DNS changer for Android, any one of this may prevent access to the VM Hub via the above link and will also prevent the Connect app from working.
