No connection, service status no known issues in your area

Hi, I have had a problem with the internet for a few days now, on the website the status shows as available and the HUB5 does not connect and the white green light flashes. After a few hours, the internet starts to work and so practically every day

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any service issues. There seems to be from a check, a provisioning issue so we've sent signals to the Router. Can you reboot it for us and keep an eye? Report back if the issues continue further.
