No broadband service 11 days, over the Christmas period 😡

No broadband service 11 days, 2 visits from engineers, 1 visit from networks and no correspondence from customer service. This has put a damper on our festive celebrations, no cctv, kids can’t download their new games, can’t watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Virgin Media apps? I wish I had never changed from Sky Broadband to Virgin. Both engineers and Network guys have said it’s the connection boxes at the top of the telegraph pole that require changing, and they told me twice that they would either come out the same day or within the next couple of days and fix the issue, but nothing happens? These boxes supply 2 other neighbours as well, who are also affected. Virgin Media is showing to be a terrible service and don’t care about their customers. The engineers also stated that the contractors who replace the boxes work over the Christmas period, so no excuses!
