No broadband 3rd day.

Theres no Broadband in my area for 3 days now. Only info I get is constant delay on your status update. Started with 2h to be fixed, moved 2h, later moved to next day, delay by 3h again and again and now just update from 2pm  to todays evening 7pm. Do you understad that some people cant work or schedule meetings because of you? Planed something but now I have to constantly delay because virgin media change their mind when they can do their job. Im never late with my payments for the service - that service you failed to provide and fsiled to update on the issue. I want clear information when the issue is going to be fixed. No bullsh1t about today at 7pm and another delay! DN6 area.

You get estimates, not guarantees, for problem fixes. If you need backup I recommned a MiFi router with a 4G data-only SIM card.

How these estimates work if it was due to b fixed in 2 hrs ago and that was Tuesday?

  • Ive registered 4 that but am not intrested that much in compensation - i need service back ip. Nope its not sim - its fibre regular broadband contract. You know i could put up something in place if theyd say : its gona take us 5 days 2 fix it. But VM is just saying its gona b fixed for 2pm and at 2pm : its gona b fixed at 7pm, at 7pm : its gona b fixed 2mora and on and on...

You are due compensation for total loss of broadband after 48 hours.  Keep a record of times.  Residential broadband has no SLA’s and if WFH is important then a backup plan should be in place, e.g. SIM based router?

Because you can't trust the 2 days. It's just an estimate to let you know they are working on it.

A backup connection is essential for anyone using a residential connection for work.
