New router not delivered
spoke to someone on chat over a week ago, was having problems (still having )getting WiFi connected to phones laptops TVs they did a check all seemed fine but had to use Ethernet cable to get tv working the router is old hub 3 that we’ve had for 8 yrs!! And pay £69 now for the privilege of useless WiFi that drops out on a duly basis, they said they ordered a new one for us, it’s not turned up and says on app no orders due. I now Can't access messaging app to speak to someone link on app won’t work!! I’m seriously considering leaving at this point we’ve had to buy boosters to get signal upstairs, I’ve tried calling but can’t remember the memorable word so can’t get past that bit on the call!! It’s reducible how hard it is to speak to a human. I can’t find an email address either can anyone help!!
