New hub 3 stuck in ‘Update in Progress’

Hi, 

I have the same iissue.I cannot contact a human on the phone and do not know how to fix this.

    i have the same problem as above. got sent a new hub 3 to replace my 6  year old old hub 3. that is becoming temperamental. new hub 3 just stuck on the 'update in progress' message with no connection to the internet. have reset and reconnected many times as well as leaving connected for 12 hours. ended up going back to my old hub 3. 

    can someone from VM  please help me

    So the original Hub 3 is the one that is active on your account.

    It looks like the new Hub 3 has not been activated.

    The VM Hub Activation number is : 0800 953 9500 give them a call and explain the situation,
    they are likely to ask for details of your VM account number + info from the stickers on the bottom of the Hubs.
