They need to be tied to your account, so possibly this has not been done. Call the equipment activation number they may be able to help. It's 0800 953 9500 and you will need the Hub serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.

Sorry to hear that your pods aren't working since the Hub 4 was replaced. As the pods are paired internally with the router on the account, these should reprovision to the Hub. If calling the activation number has not resolved this. We can investigate this further for you on our side. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
