New black Wi-Fi booster
I have received a new black Wi-Fi booster as I was told they are better than the white ones….
I can see it in the network but it’s not working?
What to do next? Install near the main Hub and then move it afterwards?

It might need pairing and activating with your hub.
Try calling 0800 953 9500 which is the activation line and have the booster serial number (should be on a sticker) along with your account number and area number which can be found on your bills and contract
