    Upstream also critical for gaming. Assume you are ethernet connected.

      I do have lagg when i play shooter games, but it might be the gamer servers.

      I have provided my upstream for you, and i do use ethernet.

      The stats I have provided has a 10dBV forward path attenuator attached to the router already.

    Game lag very often due to use of Wi-Fi & worse Wi-Fi Pods / Repeaters and Game server overload.

    Upstream look fine too.   This looks very much like our RFoG connection.

    Leave the 10dB attenuator on the line, your Downstream signal are in the -7 to +7 dBmV preferred range, removing the 10 dB attenuator would exceed this and not be an improvement. Without the -10dB the Upstream signal level would be affected, Hub transmission level would drop.

      it used to have a 6db attenuator installed,but I changed it out for a 10dB to see if it would perform better.

      I guess I did the correct thing then.my latency in game is good, its just im getting lagg which is odd, i guess probably its the game servers

      i had to put the 6db attenutator back on the hub, because I was getting latency over 344ms in games.

      I looked over the stats and there were no timeouts or post errors

    Posting partial stats isn’t really helpful as it masks the bigger picture.  From what can be seen, the post-R/S errors, if not climbing, will be due to the line chaos that occurs with a modem reset and the modem hasn’t yet synched with the VM end.

    I’ve noticed that you only show 31 DOCSIS 3.0 downstream channels (I would have expected 32), and no DOCSIS 3.1 downstream channel.  Can you confirm this please?  It ought to have been picked up by the Forum Team.
