Network issues for nearly 8 months

I have issues that started 8 months ago, someone on this forum contacted me, offered two solutions I used first, which is router replacement + engineer visit who found some issues, fixed them and service was better, but still not ok as it supposed to be. Unfortunately even that I reply in my previous topic, no-one is picking it. I would like to speak with someone and go with the second offer I was given. Could someone please contact me?

    Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

    Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

  • Technician did something, and guess what. I still have random timeouts and lost packets. Can you contact me about next step? Or should I just make a written complain about whole process? I was told that you might offer me a disconnection without any fees, now this is not an option. I do not want to be with virgin for any longer with this kind of service.
