Need new Fibre cable for Hub 5
Hi, I need a new a new fibre cable for my hub 5, does anyone know where I can buy one?

If it's a Hub 5 it will be coaxial cable, not fibre. You can't buy the correct one, but VM will send you a replacement if you wait for a staff person to pick this up.
It’s not a coaxial cable, it’s full fibre to the hub, does anyone know where I can get one as Virgin have sent the wrong cable.

So it's not a Hub 5 as you said, it's a 5x, which is a very different device.

If you've damaged the cable VM will send round a tech to replace it and might charge £25.
