Need help please constant drop outs

getting 66% packet losses and constant signal drops and disconnections

PING 192.168.0.1 (192.168.0.1): 64 data bytes

    Without any description of the network between the device and the VM Hub we can only guess at an internal wiring or home network issue.

    Does that device have similar issues pinging to say your printer ?
