Need Account number to use app on phone

We are having problems with a crappy wifi connection in our living room so im thinking of buying Virgins mesh thingy with repeaters but after reading you can check n order all this via connect app I downloaded it only to find I can not sign in without a account number. Ive got no idea what this is or my areas reference code. Why does Virgin insist on making everything a ball"$%^. Anyone know how I get this, its driving me nuts

    You can not buy VM Pods, they always remain the property of VM just like the Hub.

    If you are thinking of paying to rent VM Pods, do yourself a favour and do not do that.
    The rental rate is not a good price and the VM Pods are totally inflexible.

    If you are paying, look for a proper retail solution like a Wi-Fi Mesh from a decent brand and pick one that comes with enough nodes to solve all your coverage issues in one go.

    For info the Account Number and Area code are displayed in the VM Online Account and in the email about your monthly bill.

    Sorry to hear of the wireless network signal issues and problems investigating this via the Connect App. We appreciate you raising this via the forums.

     

    The details to sign into the Connect App would be the same ones used to access your online account, if you have recently set up a VMO2 ID these would now be the details required.

     

    You can find your account number via bills and your online account.
