I have recently moved into a new property and have had a gig1 box setup to a pre existing port in the living room. The house has now been decorated and the rooms allocated. How do i go about having the router changed into to the office so i can run ethernet. and be closer (wirelessly to other devices)
Also receiving regular ping spikes which instantly drop but cause interruptions in online games. My hardware is all good my side and happens even with ethernet.

We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with the hub, including where it's placed. We can get an engineer visit booked in to move the hub, but you should be aware there is a £25 charge for this. This is something we can certainly arrange for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
