So I have the hub 4 but the issue is the coaxial cable box? Is downstairs in my living room by the front door. The Internet because of this is actually awful so I had the genius idea to move the router upstairs. Issue is the coaxial cable is too short and would end up dangling across my living room and being a massive hazard. My solution was to order a 30 maybe 40m cable off amazon. What are the chances my WiFi works after this?
VM charge a ( about £25 ) fixed fee to send an engineer to do what you require.
I suspect the 40m of the correct RG6 COAX + the F-Connectors + the tools to fit them will be more costly.

We can arrange for an engineer to come out and relocate the hub for you but for that there is a non fault call out charge of £25.
