Extra cable would be covered by the £25 non fault charge. VM do not supply longer power cables, they are DC and should not be extended. You just have to get a mains extension cable.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

The community have already answered correctly to advise that we don't provide longer power cables, but any other cabling would be included as part of a one-off £25 call out charge to get the router re-located.
