I have received an email. Email was sent to my correct e mail address that i use to log into My VM account. The email says;

Our latest WiFi Hub requires self-installation and is only available via home delivery. You won't be charged for home delivery. If you need help with your self-installation, ask someone you trust, like a friend, family member or carer. To activate the new Hub please follow the instructions provided. Your existing Hub must be returned as per the instructions included and will be automatically deactivated five days after the agreed installation date of the new hub.

Can you tell me if this is genuine as I do not want to click an unsolicited link as Virgin Media advise not to do.
