I dont seem to have the option for Modem Mode on my Hub 6 (Ireland), I have seen videos where it come as an option on the left menu but on mine it doesn't, I will attache a photo.
Even if I go to Advance Settings or Admin there is no option for this. Has any of you seen a similar issue?, if so would you mind sharing what you did?
This is the VM UK forum , so you will need to contact VM IE. However I believe you need to request you are changed to IPv4 only to get modem mode. Currently you are set for IPv6 and IPv4 so modem mode will not be available to you due to CGNAT.

Thanks for your reply, I ended up calling VM and they activate the Modem Mode from their side for me. I manage to get my UniFi equipment up and running now and Im playing around with the system!

Please could you let me know if for a UK client I can ask for changed to IPv4 only to get modem mode? I have a Hub 5x without modem mode.
VM have yet to offer Modem mode for the UK Hub 5x.
One begins to wonder if they ever will.
