Mobile Devices Lose all signal regularly

I have the Hub 3.0. My phone, all the other phones in my household, tablets regularly lose connection to the wifi, as does the work laptop. This happens no matter where they are in the house.

We tend to have a better more stable connection to the internet if we connect to next doors Sky router - which my wife does for work (very good releationship with neighbours).

I've rang customer service a number of times, reset the router numerous times, downloaded the app, ran the speed tests and such (which is fine, WHEN it's actually connected to the wifi) but these drop outs persist. I've had this router well over 5 years now, probably closer to 10. Is a replacement the best option here?

To note, my "fixed" devices - ie, Xbox, PC, TV sticks, etc don't seem to suffer with these issues
