Millions of post RS Errors and tens of T-timeouts 48H after Hub restart - Constant Drop Outs! 1Gb

My nightmare with this service just got worst. About a month ago I had repull completed by VM contractors. During that re-pull - next doors cable was cur by mistake and to temp cable was then run to next door via our driveway - this was fixed last week but my line got seriously worst than prior to re-pull. 

I am now getting millions of post rs errors combined across all channels and numerous of T timeouts - including tones of "16 consecutive T3 timeouts while trying to range on upstream channel" and other critical errors in network log. I rang VM middle of last week (I think it was Wednesday/ Thursday  and requested Engineer visit but was asked to do the usual restart the modem and monitor. So I did that and line was ok until Saturday when post RS errors and timeouts starter to show up in high numbers again. Sunday was absolute chaos - constant disconnection of hub - literally every few seconds. watching TV, working from home all impossible. I checks for fault in my area and nothing reported via the phone number but when logged on to VM website at first it was showing things in green - then all of the sudden Intermittent Signal in your area.

When I log in to the hub I often get 1 channel displayed in upstream section, sometimes 3 - and sometimes 5 - its an absolute mess!

I suspect there is something wrong with that new cable as when I went to check the external connection (literally just touched the cable) and power levels dropped down from near 0 values as they were earlier in the week to negative 12 and more. 

I also noticed that the new cable (supposedly new) looks way thinker than the previous one (not sure if that can cause any problems) 

Can someone look at those stats and let me know if this is acceptable and advise what the next move should be?

    I'm surprised the engineer left a connection like this, your lucky you get any connection at all.

      Your connection is seriously at fault. Both downstream and upstream levels are way out of spec. You need a technician to sort it.
