M500 no wifi if theres more than 4 devices connected

I've had basically no wifi on half of my devices for a few months now but when I test the speed it says its fine so I downloaded the vm connect app and paused some devices I've now realised that the wifi only works properly if 4 or less devices are connected but when I chose the m500 it said 15+ devices can be connected at once so I'm confused i feel lile 4 devices really isn't that many

likely the DHCP LAN server is not happy you need to get a better router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode thats been more well tested.

Most likely the "Intelligent WIFI" can't cope and is changing bands and channels for no reason?   M500 is more than enough for 4 devices, and it may be best to manually set the WIFI up yourself.

A DHCP issue caused a similar fault for us.

When this occurs I can totally clear the issue with a factory reset of the VM Hub :-

    1) Press & hold the rear RESET button for 60 seconds.
    2) Leave the VM Hub Powered On the complete the factory reset.
