M41 area on going issues.

Hi all, came on the community to check it wasn't just me feeling frustrated with the lack of responsibility for fixing this issue in the M41 area.  New estimated fix date has been pushed out again, now too the 9th July. All the time it's been problematic that date gets pushed. 

I raised a complaint but it was closed by the agent with a completion note saying "engineer will fix it on 07 July"... Well that was false hope.

    Posting here about a known fault affecting your locality will not assist the repair.

    Thanks for your input Alessandro, your comments have been invaluable to my search for a missing answer to one of life's greatest questions.  You'll never know the question but you sir are indeed the answer to that. Perfecto!
