Loudly buzzing Pod

Question

I've have a WiFi pod and it's making a noise like a fan is buzzing inside. Is this normal or is this a fault?

Luckily it’s a bungalow;). Phoned the helpline as I’ve had numerous WiFi problems but he seemed to think it was ok !!&nbsp;

 We're sorry to hear about the noise coming from the WiFi Pod 😔
 In order to look into replacing this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
 If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
