Losing connection on a regular basis

I'm a keen gamer and keep losing my connection for like 25 seconds which then kicks me out of my game, this has been going on for a 3 weeks now.

    If you post the downstream/upstream power stats it will show up if there is an issue with your individual connection to VMs network. VM does not monitor beyond cabinet level, so cannot detect individual line faults.
