longer cable

What is the best way to get a longer cable to my hub? as planing to move hub and current cable isnt long enough

    How long do you need?

    VM will supply you with a 3 or 5m co-ax cable f.o.c.

    If you need longer then you need to book a tech visit to relocate the Hub and change/rebalance the power levels.   There is a £25 charge for thiss - just call it in to request it be done
