Longer Cable Required

Hi, 

I need to re-position my TV along with the Router/Hub but the installed cable is not long enough to get to the new location. Can i please get a longer cable if i can do this myself, or get a technician to come and assist with the relocation.

      As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up. If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly on 0345 454 1111

      VM can supply pre-made co-ax cable extensions in 5, 10 and 15 mtr lengths.  Or it is £25 for a non fault call out fee for a technician to do the relocation work.

      Also bumping a thread will put it to the back of the queue again.
