Latency drop outs and consistent connection problems.
Hi, I’ve been experiencing regular broadband dropouts for around 3–4 months now. I’ve been monitoring it with a ThinkBroadband quality monitor, which shows repeated packet loss and latency spikes.
I’m still using the old Super Hub 3.0, and I believe it may be contributing to the issue. No upgrade has been offered, and the service is becoming unusable at times.
Please can Virgin look into this properly? I’d also like to request a Hub upgrade. I'm extremely unhappy, considering my bill has gone up in recent months, and I'm still getting consistent connection problems
