Issues with my broadband

Recently just switched from BT to Virgin on the 27/5 and I’ve had nothings but issue with my broadband, I’m already swapping back to BT within my cooling off period.

I’ve taken the 1gig broadband with Virgin but it’s totally unusable as the connection keeps dropping out every 5 minutes it’s so frustrating. I’ve called but I seem to get nowhere, it was fine on the day it was fitted but hasn’t worked since. 

I need help!

    Have you definitely cancelled within 14 days?  if so they will disconnect you and you won't get any help.
