Is anyone else having problems around Np40nh area?

It’s been like it since 7pm last night, called up and says it a fault abd still not fixed. Tbh I’m always having issues later with this company not good

      Hi Jeremiahpost 

      Looking at other threads in the forum there is/was a known fault in the NP4 area which was detailed  on the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061  The fault ticket number is F011549798 .

      The fault was caused due to someone accidentally cutting the fibre optic line in Newport. It’s caused outages through Newport, Cwmbran and Pontypool areas, it depends how big of a job it is to get it replaced but it should be running from around 4pm ish fingers crossed.

      Thank you! Unfortunately it’s still not on and we called them he said 24hours waiting now
